Visit & Tours
Tours can be booked for 15 and more people. Please book at least 14 days in advance before the visit at www.maerklineum.de or gruppen@märklineum.de. To do this, please use the booking form.
After you have booked your visit, you will receive a written confirmation. Please show this on the day of the visit at the Service counter. Tour guides and bus drivers are admitted free of charge.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your booked group can be done free of charge up to 10 days before the visit. 

Terms
Bus drivers and tour guides have free entry into the Märklineum when accompanying a booked group. Ask about our special rates for large groups or several group visits per year.

Informational Material
We would be happy to send you for your consideration image and text materials. In addition, we can send you free of charge promotional material or promotional films to get your guests in the mood.

Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are per person in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and offerings. Payment in cash as well as with EC card or credit card.

Reception
We will be on hand to greet you and your group at the Service counter in the Märklin Store. This is located in front of the entrance to the exhibit.

Restrooms & Lockers
Directly across from the Service counter there are restrooms available for your guests. There is also a cloakroom available to the public. Objects of value and purses can be secured in one of our lockers for the length of your visit.

Accessibility
All exhibit areas as well as the Märklin Store and the Bistro are accessible with ramps or with the elevator.

Parking
Two free parking spaces for busses are available directly at the entrance to the Märklineum (bus stop on Reuschstraße / Reusch Street). Additional parking spaces for busses are nearby on Beethovenstraße / Beethoven Street. Unfortunately, parking in the inner courtyard of the Märklineum is not possible.

Meals
Every bus driver will receive a beverage and a midday snack or cake free of charge in our self-service Bistro.
